Purchase Small Home plans and get all the following


  1. A CD containing Turbo CAD files. You will need a copy of the program, which costs around $35 to run these files but they are infinitely changeable so you can make all the modifications you like.
  2. A digital copy of the structural engineering. You might need to have additional engineering if you make major structural changes or if your local building department requires them.
  3. Four sets of plans on 18”x24” paper. If you choose to make modifications on the original plan, you may do so in Turbo CAD, email me the files, I will make the final plan sets from your files and then mail them back to you.
  4. A complete digital set of all the photographs taken during construction and after.
  5. A reasonable amount of online help.
  6. A file on the CD showing suggestions for foundation and site prep.
